System Administrator

Key job responsibilities/duties include:

  1. Install and Configure Linux Systems & Proactively maintain and develop all Windows and Linux infrastructure technology
  2. Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
  3. Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
  4. Provide Internal and External Technical Support and Guidance
  5. User & Account maintenance

Linux Administrator requirements:

  1. Knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
  2. Experience with MySQL and/or MariaDB.
  3. Familiarity with VMWare management and concepts.
  4. Knowledge in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
  5. Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
  6. Supervise the Simartis Live products, troubleshoot, answer to customer tickets

Nice to have:

  1. Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
  2. Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment

Account Manager

We are looking for a results driven sales passionate with good communication skills, industry knowledge and experience in selling to mobile network operators to join our team.

  2. Collaborate internally to ensure sales deals are finished in a correct and timely way

QA Engineer

We are looking for motivated and skilled teammates in our QA department!

Main Role objective:

  1. Assess the compliance of the project deliverables, product with the specifications
  2. Assess the if the product is fit for the intended use, considering the specifications, user experience, any relevant IT and Telecom standards and common practices
  3. Communicate accurately and timely to the Product, Project Management and upper management the testing coverage, testing confidence, the severity of any known bugs in order to permit good technical and business decisions

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Good knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and procedures
  2. Fair Linux, Windows OS knowledge
  3. Good scripting knowledge
  4. Good knowledge of relational DBs
  5. Knowledge of the Telecom domain, with focus on the areas relevant for Simartis products
  6. Good communication skills, team player
  7. 2+ years experience in software products testing or related
